Return Policy

1. Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
2. In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be inspected and, if confirmed, repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Returns for manufacturing defects must be reported within the applicable warranty/return period, along with the original invoice and product/accessories.
